Hopkins leadership collaborates with local officials for safety training

It’s still summer, but Hopkins is preparing for fall. Earlier this month, our leadership team, local law enforcement, and first responders came together for a hands-on, in-depth school safety training led by Holistic Safety Coordinator, Cheenou Moua.

As part of the session, staff broke into teams and worked through a real-time crisis scenario. The exercise focused on clear communication, confident decision-making, and putting student safety at the center of every response.

Preparation training like this is just one way that Hopkins Schools is committing to keeping our schools safe and welcoming for all students, staff and family.
